Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Communication Hub, an internal business communication platform operated by Gurzu Inc.

1. The service
Communication Hub provides authorized users with a workspace-based shared inbox for managing business communications across connected channels, including:
- Facebook Messenger
- Telegram
- Website chat
The platform may provide conversation management, message sending, attachments, assignments, tags, notifications, content publishing, engagement insights, channel configuration, and related operational functionality.
2. Internal and authorized use
Communication Hub is intended for Gurzu Inc., its authorized personnel, and other users specifically approved by Gurzu Inc.
The platform does not provide unrestricted public account registration.
Users may access Communication Hub only:
- Through an account issued or approved by Gurzu Inc.
- For legitimate business purposes
- Within the permissions assigned to their account
- In accordance with these Terms and applicable internal policies
3. Accounts and security
Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Protecting their login credentials
- Using only their own authorized account
- Immediately reporting suspected unauthorized access
- Following applicable security requirements
- Signing out of shared or unattended devices
Users must not share credentials or attempt to access another user's account.
Gurzu Inc. may disable accounts that are inactive, compromised, unauthorized, or used in violation of these Terms.
4. Workspaces and administration
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for:
- Approving workspace membership
- Assigning appropriate roles and permissions
- Removing access when it is no longer required
- Connecting only business assets they are authorized to manage
- Monitoring workspace activity
- Responding to customer privacy requests
- Ensuring lawful processing of workspace information
An administrator must not connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business Account, email account, or other channel without proper authority.
5. Connected services
Communication Hub relies on third-party services, including Meta services and other communication providers.
Use of a connected service is also subject to that provider's terms, policies, technical requirements, messaging rules, and availability.
Gurzu Inc. does not control and is not responsible for:
- Provider outages
- Provider policy changes
- Permission restrictions
- API limitations
- Token expiration
- Account suspension by a provider
- Delivery failures caused by a connected provider
6. Meta and WhatsApp compliance
Users must comply with applicable requirements from Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp, including:
- Meta Platform Terms
- Applicable developer policies
- WhatsApp Business Messaging requirements
- Messaging-window restrictions
- Message-template requirements
- User consent requirements
- Content and community standards
- Restrictions on unsolicited or abusive messaging
Users must not use Communication Hub to bypass provider restrictions or enforcement decisions.
7. Messaging responsibility
Users and workspace administrators are responsible for ensuring that:
- Messages are sent for legitimate business purposes
- Required customer consent has been obtained
- Customers can opt out where required
- Messages comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws
- Content is accurate and appropriate
- Communication frequency is reasonable
- Restricted or prohibited content is not sent
Communication Hub does not independently determine whether a recipient has provided legally sufficient consent.
8. Content publishing
Users may publish content only to accounts they are authorized to manage.
The user initiating publication is responsible for:
- The accuracy of the content
- Intellectual-property rights
- Required licenses and permissions
- Compliance with provider policies
- Compliance with advertising, privacy, and consumer-protection laws
- Reviewing content before publication
Gurzu Inc. may prevent or remove content where necessary to address security, legal, or provider-policy concerns.
9. Customer and workspace data
Workspace organizations retain their rights in customer messages, attachments, and content submitted through their connected channels.
Users authorize Gurzu Inc. to process that information only as necessary to:
- Provide Communication Hub
- Route and display messages
- Store attachments
- Publish requested content
- Provide insights
- Maintain security
- Troubleshoot the service
- Comply with applicable obligations
Users must not upload or process information they are not authorized to use.
10. Acceptable use
Users must not:
- Use Communication Hub for unlawful activities
- Send spam, threats, harassment, or abusive content
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Mislead message recipients
- Access information outside their authorized workspace
- Attempt to bypass roles or permissions
- Probe, scan, or attack the platform
- Upload malware or harmful files
- Interfere with service operation
- Extract data through unauthorized automated means
- Sell or disclose customer conversation data
- Use provider data for unauthorized profiling or advertising
- Reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law
- Violate connected-provider policies
11. Privacy
Use of Communication Hub is subject to the Communication Hub Privacy Policy: https://grahakkura.gurzu.net/privacy.
Users must handle customer and provider data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable law, workspace requirements, and connected-provider policies.
12. Confidentiality
Messages, customer information, channel credentials, access tokens, internal discussions, and workspace information may be confidential.
Users must:
- Access confidential information only when required
- Avoid unauthorized copying or disclosure
- Protect downloaded files and attachments
- Follow Gurzu Inc.'s confidentiality and security requirements
- Report accidental disclosure or unauthorized access
13. Intellectual property
Communication Hub, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Gurzu Inc.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Communication Hub to users.
Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Communication Hub for approved business activities.
Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
14. Service availability
Gurzu Inc. may:
- Modify Communication Hub
- Add or remove functionality
- Perform maintenance
- Limit access to a feature
- Update security controls
- Change integration behavior
- Temporarily interrupt the platform
Gurzu Inc. will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
15. Suspension and termination
Gurzu Inc. may suspend or terminate access when:
- A user is no longer authorized
- Employment or the applicable business relationship ends
- An account creates a security risk
- These Terms are violated
- Continued access may violate law or provider policy
- A connected provider withdraws access
- Suspension is necessary to protect users, customers, or systems
After termination, the user must stop accessing Communication Hub.
16. Channel disconnection
Users with appropriate permissions may disconnect authorized channels.
Gurzu Inc. may also disconnect a channel where:
- Authorization expires
- The provider revokes access
- The connection becomes insecure
- The channel violates applicable policies
- The workspace requests disconnection
Stored data remains subject to the Privacy Policy and valid deletion requests.
17. Disclaimer
Communication Hub is provided for authorized business use.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that:
- Every message will be delivered
- Every provider will remain available
- Every integration will remain unchanged
- The service will always be uninterrupted
- All provider data will always be accurate
Nothing in these Terms excludes obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Responsibility for violations
Users may be responsible for losses, claims, or provider enforcement resulting from their unauthorized use, unlawful messages, policy violations, or misuse of connected business assets.
19. Changes to these Terms
Gurzu Inc. may update these Terms when the platform, internal requirements, provider policies, or applicable laws change.
Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance by users who remain authorized to use the platform.
