Terms of Service
These staging terms describe expected use of Communication Hub. Replace bracketed placeholders before production use.
Service
Communication Hub provides a workspace-based shared inbox for customer conversations across connected channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email, Telegram, and website chat.
Accounts and workspaces
Users access the service through invited workspace accounts. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for member access, roles, connected channels, and customer data handled in their workspace.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, send unlawful or abusive content, attempt unauthorized access, bypass provider restrictions, or use connected channels in a way that violates applicable laws or platform policies.
Provider compliance
Use of Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, and email integrations must comply with the relevant provider terms, messaging windows, consent requirements, and data-use rules. Workspace administrators are responsible for providing valid credentials and maintaining channel authorization.
Availability and changes
The staging service may be changed, interrupted, or limited while features are tested. Production service levels, support commitments, and commercial terms must be defined in a final agreement.
