Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, contact [PRIVACY EMAIL] with your name, email address, workspace name if known, and the connected channel involved. We will review the request and respond with the deletion status or a reason we must retain limited data.

If you remove the Communication Hub Meta app from your Facebook settings and request data deletion, Meta sends a signed request to our callback. We record the request, start best-effort deletion or redaction for matching Meta contact records, and return a confirmation code with a status URL.

Some records may be retained where required for security, audit logs, legal compliance, or provider-policy obligations. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
