Information may be shared with:
- Authorized members of the relevant workspace

We do not disclose customer conversations publicly.
8. Data retention
We retain account, workspace, channel, message, and attachment information while it is needed to provide Communication Hub or while the relevant workspace remains active.
Unless a longer period is required for security or legal reasons:
- OAuth tokens are retained until authorization expires, the channel is disconnected, or deletion is requested.
- Raw webhook-processing records may be retained for up to 30 days.
- Operational logs may be retained for up to 90 days.
- Security and audit records may be retained for up to 12 months.
- Deleted information may remain in protected backups for up to 90 days before being overwritten.
- A limited record of a deletion request may be retained to demonstrate that the request was completed.
9. Channel disconnection
An authorized workspace user may disconnect a channel through Communication Hub.
After disconnection:
- Communication Hub stops requesting new data for that channel.
- Stored access tokens are revoked or removed.
- New webhook events are no longer intentionally processed.
- Previously stored information remains subject to the workspace's retention settings and valid deletion requests.
Disconnecting a channel does not necessarily delete all previously stored conversations. A separate deletion request can be submitted when complete deletion is required.
10. Data deletion
Users may request deletion by following the instructions available at https://grahakkura.gurzu.net/data-deletion. Requests may also be sent to abinash@gurzu.com.
We may request reasonable information to verify the requester's identity and authority. Valid requests are normally completed within 30 days unless additional time or retention is required by law.

Communication Hub uses organizational and technical controls designed to protect information, including:
- Authentication controls
- Workspace-level access restrictions
- Role-based permissions
- Encryption in transit
- Restricted access to provider tokens
- Secure configuration and secret management
- Operational and security logging
- Webhook verification
- Access-token removal following disconnection
- Monitoring and access reviews
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
12. International processing
Communication Hub and its service providers may process information in countries other than the user's location. Where required, Gurzu Inc. uses reasonable contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for such processing.
13. Privacy rights
Depending on applicable law and the requester's relationship with Gurzu Inc., users may request:
- Access to their personal information
- Correction of inaccurate information
